My main strategy for building audience trust was User-Generated Content (UGC). Every week, I found and connected with ArtistOnGo's salon owners and stylists, asking them to share their personal stories about using our platform and how it helped them. To make it easy for them, I provided a clear list of questions and examples of content we'd already created. Before we recorded anything, I'd build a good relationship with them by consistently interacting with their social media posts. When we started our recording sessions, I made sure they felt comfortable by beginning with friendly introductions and sending them the questions beforehand so they could prepare. I also made sure to ask if I could record extra footage of them with a client. This B-roll footage was really useful because we could use it in their videos and elsewhere for a long time. This intentional UGC approach consistently gave us our best-performing content, leading to over 100,000 impressions and thousands of likes and comments across all our platforms.
